A white wine with a beautiful pale straw yellow colour. The nose is aromatic but delicate and complex in aromas; intense notes of green bell pepper, geranium, melon and sweet tobacco prevail in the finish. It’s a well-structured white, with perfect balance between acidity and smoothness.
Excellent taste-olfactory persistence.
It’s a wine to pair with smoked fish appetizers, risottos with fish and vegetables, grilled shellfish.
