A white wine with a pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Fruity notes of pineapple, citron and candied fruits prevail on the nose. Crisp and streamlined in the mouth, with persistent liesate notes and a delicate effervescence.
Pair with seafood crudités and oysters in particular. Also try with a good prosciutto or medium-aged cheeses.
