Wine from the Veneto lands with a garnet red colour. Intense and persistent on the nose, it releases captivating spicy and roasted notes as well as fruit wild red and wilted rose.
Harmonious and balanced, pleasantly tannic, it envelops the mouth with a disturbing softness and bitterish sensations.
It prefers truffles and marinades; it can also be paired with hors d’oeuvres of cured meats and sausages, first courses such as risotto alla Milanese, grilled red meat and medium-aged cheeses.
