A wine with a purple-red colour with violet hues. It releases a delicately herbaceous bouquet along with spicy notes of vanilla, black pepper and cocoa.
In the mouth it is pleasantly tannic, persistent, excellent taste-olfactory response.
It goes well with traditional Lower Piave Valley dishes such as “Oca in tecia” and baked guinea fowl, but is also excellent paired with medium-aged cheeses and cured meats.
